Inbound Sales Associate


Are you a proven sales professional who knows how to close?


We're looking for an experienced Inbound Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is a business-to-consumer (B2C) sales role where you'll speak with individuals who have already reached out to learn more about our services.

This is not an entry-level position. Previous sales experience is required, and we're seeking someone with a demonstrated ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and consistently close sales.

Compensation

$60,000 annually (Base salary plus performance incentives and competitive benefits package to include employer-paid health care)

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries, ensuring every potential customer feels heard and valued.
  • Conduct consultative phone conversations to understand each customer's unique needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Present our services with confidence and professionalism, highlighting the benefits that align with customer goals.
  • Build trust and establish strong customer relationships by actively listening and providing thoughtful responses.
  • Handle objections with empathy and guide prospects towards informed buying decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM to ensure seamless follow-up and customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and key performance metrics, contributing to our team's success and growth potential together with you and your team.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of two years of business-to-consumer (B2C) sales experience, demonstrating your ability to connect with and understand customer needs.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, showcasing your drive and commitment to success.
  • Strong closing and objection-handling skills, enabling you to guide prospects towards informed buying decisions.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills, allowing you to build trust and establish strong customer relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, ensuring you thrive under pressure and meet targets.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, supporting seamless follow-up and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in inside sales or high-volume inbound phone sales enhancing your ability to manage multiple leads effectively and efficiently.


Preferred:

  • Inside sales experience.
  • High-volume inbound phone sales.
  • Call center sales experience.
  • Consultative sales background.

Compensation

$60,000 - $60,000/year
