• Acquire hands-on knowledge of our products and services through a thorough one-month training period
• Engage with clients to provide guidance and information on our procedures, building their trust and confidence
• Provide recommendations on the best services and products based on pricing, availability, and customer needs
• Collaborate closely with the Project Coordination team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Develop and maintain a loyal client base to generate referrals
• Set clear expectations for customers and effectively promote additional services
• Work independently or in collaboration with the team as required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on grammar and clarity
