• Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company

• Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary

• Ensure customer account information is up-to-date

• Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team

• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction

• Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills

• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction

• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

• Life insurance license preferred but not required — must be willing to obtain one

• Previous phone sales, telesales, call center, or customer service experience preferred

• Confident and professional when communicating with clients by phone

• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently

• Self-motivated, coachable, competitive, and goal-oriented

• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude

• Comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment

• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and quiet remote workspace

• Willing to participate in training, coaching, and role-play

• Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills

• No financial misdealers or felonies
