Responsibilities

Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers
Generate repeat customers by persistently following up with existing customers via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication
Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met
Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal

Qualifications

Must have high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor’s degree is preferred
Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process
At least one year of experience as a sales representative
Possess superb customer service skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and communication skills
