• We are seeking an Inside Sales person to call and schedule appointments for our real estate agents.

• This position is ideal for a recent College graduate or someone with some sales experience, preferably doing a lot of outbound calling.

• We are the #1 highest-performing residential real estate company in North America, outselling our closest competitor by 3X.

• Our dominance is based on two things: 1) we provide the most certainty and guarantees, giving buyers' and sellers' peace of mind, and 2) we provide appointments to our agents, NOT useless leads, so our agents close more.

• Base salary is $35,000 - $40,000, with $10,000 - $20,000 in commissions in the first year.

• Respond to all leads in a timely manner and keep excellent records

• Follow a proven system and script for booking calls

• Enjoy learning and value mentoring and coaching to be your personal best

• Be relentless on the phones and book appointments for our agents

• Strong work ethic and teachable

• Personable with a good phone voice
