We are actively recruiting for a Legal Services Sales Professional to join our team.
This position is for a proven, all-star salesperson who can sell legal services and cultivate new relationships. Prior legal experience is not required, but you must have a record of success discussing big price points and complex problems with maturity and sensitivity. Applicants MUST live within 60 miles of the firm's location in Ontario, California.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Legal Services Sales Professional is a key member of our firm, responsible for sales, lead follow-up, and customer service responsibilities.
We need a bright, creative, empathetic, and compassionate person who can convey the value of our services to potential clients and enhance the client experience. You will help us realize our vision of helping more people!
We provide training in what you need to know to best help clients, and for the right person, this will be a highly rewarding position personally, professionally, and financially.
This position will;
This position includes base compensation of approximately $60,000 plus generous incentive payments based on results, which can conceivably get you to 6 figures, over time.
This is a full-time position. Our office is located in Ontario, CA, but your position will be remote except for your attendance at networking events.

Real-life experience and a few “battle scars” providing empathy and understanding are assets. Experience overcoming a major obstacle in life and making an important change in your life so you know at your core that others can do it too, is a plus.
The salesperson doesn’t give legal advice, so legal experience is not required. Prior sales and customer service experience is required because we can teach you about the planning process, but we can’t teach you how to care about people facing a difficult time in their lives.
