Responsibilities

Greet shop walk-ins, answer client phone calls, and respond to inquiries with a warm, helpful attitude.
Collaborate closely with production and design teams to keep daily orders running smoothly.
Guide customers through our visual product options to find the best solutions for their needs.
Handle multitasking and changing shop priorities with positive energy and high emotional control.

Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again
Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling
Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients
Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met

Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process
Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills
Must have high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor’s degree is preferred
At least one year of experience as a sales representative

Compensation

$16 - $19 hourly
