We're looking for an energetic, people-focused Inside Sales Agent to connect with warm leads, qualify their needs, and schedule appointments for our real estate agents. No cold calling—just meaningful conversations with prospects who have already expressed interest.

• The position is on-site, not remote

• Full-time

• Compensation: $60,000–$90,000 (base + commission; example: avg rep earns $85,000/year)

What you’ll do:

• Respond to inbound leads and inquiries (no cold-calling)
• Qualify prospects and set appointments for agents
• Consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline reports
• Work within a structured lead-nurture system

What you bring (must-haves):

• Active Texas Real Estate License (or pursuing one)
• Strong phone and written communication
• Comfortable handling high call volume and follow-up targets
• Organized, coachable, detail-oriented
