We’re looking for an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and turning conversations into opportunities.

You’ll work with prospective buyers and sellers, respond to inbound leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our sales agents. You’ll also have the support, training, and systems needed to help you succeed.

What you’ll do:

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospective buyers and sellers
• Qualify prospects and set appointments for agents
• Consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email
• Manage and prioritize follow-up tasks to ensure leads receive timely communication
• Work within a structured lead-nurture system
• Maintain consistent follow-up through phone, text, and email to keep prospects engaged

What you bring (must-haves):

• Active Texas Real Estate License or currently pursuing a Texas Real Estate License
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable handling high call volume and follow-up targets
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to ask thoughtful questions
