• Deliver meals and beverages to guest rooms promptly and with a warm smile, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Maintain a keen attention to detail by accurately taking and confirming guest orders, ensuring all preferences are met.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

• Physical Stamina: Stand or walk for long shifts, and lift or push heavy food trays and carts (up to 25–50 lbs).
• Menu Knowledge: Understand all menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials.
• Multitasking: Manage multiple room orders, phone calls, and hallway pickups efficiently.
