Happy Florida Homes is a local real estate brokerage and vacation-rental management company in Spring Hill, serving Hernando County. Our slogan is "A Happier Way to Real Estate," and we mean it. We're looking for a reliable, people-loving assistant to be the heartbeat of our office.

You'll also earn a referral fee when someone from your network buys or sells with our team.

Licensing:

Licensed agents are welcome. Not licensed yet? We pay for your Florida real estate sales associate licensing: the pre-licensing course, state exam, and fingerprints. You'll learn the business from the inside while you study.

You are:

• On time, every time. You'll be the first one in the door.

• Local to Spring Hill or Brooksville, with a reliable car.

• Warm and confident on the phone.

• Organized and good at following checklists.

• Well connected locally.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred).

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This is an in-office role: someone has to be in the office during business hours, so quick field tasks like lockbox installs are planned around office coverage.

Pay:

$15 to $18 an hour to start, based on experience. Once licensed, you also earn a referral fee when someone you refer buys or sells with our team.

• Open and close our Spring Hill office on time every business day.

• Answer and route calls, greet clients, and keep the front desk running.

• Run errands: lockboxes, signs, keys, documents, mail, and vacation-rental property checks.

• Keep our CRM and transaction files organized and up to date.

• Help set up open houses and client events.

• Once licensed: install lockboxes and help with contracts from contract to close (inspections, appraisals, title, and lenders)

• Reliable and punctual; this role opens the office every morning.

• Lives near Spring Hill or Brooksville and has a reliable car.

• Warm, confident phone and customer service skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following checklists.

• Florida real estate license, or willing to get licensed (we pay for it).

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
