We are a growing flooring retailer looking for a strong closer to run in-home sales appointments. No cold calling. No door knocking. We provide qualified leads — you show up prepared and close.
If you can build trust quickly, ask the right questions, and confidently present solutions at the kitchen table, this role is built for you.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Run company-provided in-home flooring consultations
- Measure spaces and build accurate proposals
- Present flooring options that fit the client’s vision and budget
- Close sales during the appointment whenever possible
- Follow up professionally on open estimates
- Maintain clean CRM records
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Proven in-home sales experience (flooring or home improvement preferred)
- Strong closer — comfortable asking for the sale
- Professional appearance and communication
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Coachable and competitive
