Cohen Immigration Law Group, P.C. is a growing immigration law firm led by a retired U.S. Immigration Judge, dedicated to guiding clients through the immigration system with clarity, compassion, and precision. We are seeking a polished, reliable, and client-focused Immigration Intake Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the firm.

• This is remote full-time, 40-45 hours a week position

• Respond quickly to new immigration leads by phone, text, and email

• Conduct initial prospective client intake and gather relevant immigration history

• Manage and optimize the attorney consultation calendar

• Conduct consistent outbound follow-up with leads who have not yet responded

• Collect consultation payments through approved firm systems

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of every prospective-client interaction

• Properly categorize lost leads and document the reason they did not retain the firm

• Assist with incoming calls and overflow when needed

• Follow up with no-shows and unconverted leads

• Track daily activity and performance metrics

• Provide a daily KPI report

• Identify problems in the intake pipeline and suggest improvements

• Help develop scripts, workflows, questionnaires, follow-up sequences, and intake SOPs

• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, reception staff, and management

• Maintain strict confidentiality of client and prospective-client information

• At least 2 years of immigration law firm intake experience

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Spanish fluency strongly preferred

• Confident and professional telephone presence

• Strong sales and client-service instincts

• Excellent listening skills

• Comfortable making repeated outbound follow-up calls

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Reliable high-speed internet

• Reliable computer and professional remote workspace

• Ability to work New York/Eastern Time hours
