Compensation & Business Model

Earnings are commission-based and depend on production, experience, and lead source.

Our agents have a path to build toward $132,000+ in annual gross commission income at plan, based on consistent lead generation, conversion, and closed transactions. Actual results vary by agent effort, market conditions, and experience.

What You’ll Do

• Work with buyers and sellers throughout the home buying and selling process

• Generate and follow up with leads through calls, events, social media, referrals, and database marketing

• Build relationships with past clients, local businesses, and community contacts

• Use KW systems and tools to manage your pipeline, marketing, and client communication

• Attend team training, coaching sessions, and production meetings

• Set weekly business-building activities and track progress toward your income goals

Who We’re Looking For

• Active Illinois real estate license, or currently licensed and able to transfer/sponsor under an Illinois brokerage

• Based in or near Orland Park, IL, with the ability to work the local market

• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to serve clients

• Coachable, self-motivated, and willing to follow a proven business plan

• Comfortable with proactive lead generation and consistent follow-up

• New agents are welcome; sales, customer service, or real estate experience is a plus but not required
