We are seeking skilled Sheet Metal Installers to join our growing team. In this role, you will install HVAC ductwork and sheet metal systems for commercial and industrial projects while ensuring every installation meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

• Install, modify, and repair HVAC ductwork, sheet metal components, hoods, and related systems.

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, specifications, and work orders.

• Measure, cut, fit, assemble, and secure sheet metal components according to project requirements.

• Select appropriate materials and installation methods based on project specifications.

• Coordinate equipment shutdowns and startups with project teams as needed.

• Inspect completed installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and complete required work reports.

• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other equipment used in sheet metal installation.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all company policies, OSHA regulations, and established safety procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• This position is safety sensitive.

• Compensation is based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

• Previous experience in commercial HVAC sheet metal installation, fabrication, or a related trade is preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.

• Proficiency with sheet metal hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and working at heights.

• OSHA 10 certification is preferred and required after hire if not currently held.

• Valid Class E driver's license with an acceptable driving record is preferred.
