• Ensure optimal operation of HVAC systems by performing regular maintenance and inspections.
• Respond promptly to service requests, addressing HVAC issues in guest rooms and public areas to maintain comfort.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions, ensuring minimal disruption to guest experiences.

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience working with commercial cooling or hospitality systems.
• Certifications: Universal CFC (Chlorofluorocarbon) certification for handling refrigerants and a valid driver's license.
• Physical Skills: Ability to lift heavy gear, climb ladders, and work in tight or warm spaces.
