We are seeking an experienced HVAC & Heat Pump Water Heater Service Technician who is a strong problem-solver, team player, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. This is not an entry-level position—we’re looking for someone with proven field experience who can independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems and heat pump water heaters in residential settings.

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and heat pump water heaters efficiently, ensuring optimal performance for clients.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to prevent future issues and extend the life of HVAC systems.

• Experience in HVAC system troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair.
• Proven track record of installing and replacing HVAC components efficiently.
• Ability to diagnose electrical issues using a multimeter with precision.
• Skill in reading and interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Competence in checking and adjusting refrigerant charge for optimal system performance.
• Experience in commissioning newly installed systems to ensure peak efficiency.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including heat pump water heaters, with attention to detail and quality standards.
