Description

We are looking for a personable, experienced HVAC service technician who loves to problem solve to join our team. You'll be responsible for a variety of work orders, visiting homes and businesses to work on HVAC, indoor air quality, refrigeration, and control systems. The ideal candidate has the technical skills to identify and isolate problems, is familiar with using hand and power tools, and has strong communication skills to explain what needs to be repaired, replaced, or installed, and why. Responsibilities

Conduct residential and commercial maintenance and installation of equipment
Diagnose and repair HVAC problems, including component installation and replacement
Certify newly installed components properly function
Complete preventative maintenance and warranty services for customers
Estimate costs of installation, repairs, and services to customers

Qualifications

Must have 5+ years of experience in HVAC Service

Earned HVAC school degree or 1+ years experience in the field as an HVAC helper or equivalent
EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification required
Able to communicate clearly and effectively, and an exceptional problem-solver
Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Physically able to lift 50lbs unassisted or 100 lbs with help

Compensation

$35 - $40 hourly
