As a Senior HVAC Technician, you'll diagnose and repair complex residential HVAC systems, including calls other technicians couldn't resolve. You'll run full-system health assessments on every maintenance call, document your findings, and walk homeowners through repair-versus-replace options honestly and without pressure. You'll also review diagnostics and mentor less experienced technicians and apprentices.

• Maintain complete and accurate records in ServiceTitan, including photos, system readings, and job notes, for every call.

• Review diagnostics and job documentation from less experienced technicians and apprentices, and mentor them toward this level.

Required:

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Comfortable using iPad and field service software (ServiceTitan or similar).

• U.S. work authorization.
  

You do NOT need:

• EPA 608 before day one — preferred, but we'll sponsor the right candidate.

• Commercial or new construction experience — this is residential service.

• Your own tools — the company provides equipment.

• ServiceTitan experience specifically — we'll train you on our system.
