What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

In this role, you’ll be the expert customers rely on to keep their systems running safely and efficiently:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings
• Perform preventative maintenance and warranty service calls
• Read and apply electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Install and replace HVAC components
• Provide clear, honest explanations and cost estimates to customers for repairs
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used
• Deliver a professional, customer-first experience on every job

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who not only has the technical skills, but also takes pride in their work and how they treat customers:

• At least 2 years of HVAC experience 
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to clearly communicate technical information to customers
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance)
• Must pass a drug screening
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
