Description

We’re looking for an experienced and professional installation technician to help clients stay comfortable and healthy indoors. We are looking for a licensed qualifier to complement our electrical company.

You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and installing a variety of HVAC equipment, including indoor air quality, refrigerant, and control systems. You’re comfortable referencing blueprints and manuals to solve complex problems and working with a team to safely and efficiently complete a variety of installations. Responsibilities

Lay out and connect electrical wiring using hand tools according to the wiring diagram
Check electrical testing equipment to check all electrical circuits and components
Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks
Connect pipes or tubing from the equipment to the fuel, water, or refrigerant source
Maintain records of completed projects and parts used

Qualifications

Must have required state and local HVAC technician licenses
Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills
Basic understanding of electrical wiring and connections
Must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification
Certification or associate’s degree from an HVAC program at a technical school and 2+ years as an HVAC installation technician

Compensation

$18 - $25/hour
