You’ll be responsible for the business administration, coordination, and enforcement of our human resources plans and procedures, including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and regulatory compliance. • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including posting job ads, screening applicants, and leading structured onboarding for new hires.

• Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for company policy guidance, employee inquiries, and workplace conflict resolution.

• Payroll & Compliance: Process payroll accurately, maintain personnel records, and stay up to date on evolving employment laws and workplace regulations.

• People & Development: Support staff growth by assisting with performance evaluations, training programs, and team engagement initiatives.

• Professional HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR).

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Experience in a small- to mid-sized business or nonprofit setting.
