We’re hiring a highly organized, people-oriented human resources manager for the soon-to-open Courtyard by Marriott and Fairfield Inn & Suites Concord.

You will be the onsite strategic human resources business partner assisting the hotel management team with human resources, performance management, safety and security, Company benefits, and compliance.

You will oversee all employee-related matters and ensure we are adhering to all state and local laws. Job seekers should be flexible, detail-oriented, and exhibit a high level of professionalism. The ideal applicant will have experience in human resources in the hospitality industry. Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) experience preferred. Must be bilingual.

Compensation: $70,304 to $75,000 annually plus benefits after 90 days.
