The Law Office of Yohana Saucedo, P.C. is growing, and we’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist who wants to grow with us.

This is more than an administrative HR position. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of recruiting, help us identify exceptional talent, improve our employee experience, and work directly with leadership to build a strong, engaged, and high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

• Own the recruiting process—from posting positions and sourcing talent to screening and interviewing candidates.

• Find and present top candidates to leadership for final hiring decisions.

• Create a welcoming and organized onboarding experience for new team members.

• Support employees throughout their journey with the firm, from onboarding through development and offboarding.

• Coordinate performance evaluations, probationary reviews, employee development, and HR documentation.

• Support managers and employees with HR policies and workplace matters.

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

• Assist with PTO, leave requests, benefits, and employment verifications.

• Help improve HR processes, policies, and employee experience.

• Support compliance with federal, Texas, and company employment requirements.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re someone who is proactive, organized, approachable, and great at identifying talent. You enjoy working with people but also understand the importance of accountability, confidentiality, and follow-through.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree or studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.

• Experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or talent acquisition.

• Strong interviewing and candidate-evaluation skills.

• Experience with onboarding and employee relations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organization and attention to detail.

• The ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

• A positive, solutions-focused mindset.

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Law firm experience is a plus.
