About Us:

We are a dynamic and growing law firm seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. This position will oversee all HR operations and is not an entry-level position.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary, possible bonuses, and paid time off depend on experience and on-the-job performance.

Responsibilities

  • Implement employment policies in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • Collaborate with HRC to foster a positive, collegial work environment.
  • Full Cycle Talent Acquisition and Onboarding.
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration.
  • Performance Management and Career Development.
  • Analysis of Time and Billing entries for staff.
  • Compliance and Risk Management.
  • Employee Relations and Culture.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager or Administrator (law firm experience preferred).
  • Solid understanding of HR law, best practices, compensation, and performance management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, DocuSign, and CLIO.


Preferred

  • Graduate degree and/or HR certifications (SHRM, PHR, SPHR, CLM).
  • Paralegal certification.


Skills and Abilities

  • Strong communication skills. Excellent attention to detail, judgment, and discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation

$65,000 - $80,000/year
