• Staff Management: Create work schedules, assign daily tasks, train new hires, and track staff performance.

• Quality Control: Inspect rooms and common areas to make sure they meet health and safety rules.

• Inventory Control: Track cleaning supplies, order stock, and report broken equipment for repairs.

• Customer Service: Answer guest or client requests and fix complaints quickly.

• Experience: Previous work as a housekeeper or cleaner, plus some leadership experience.

• Communication: Good verbal and written skills to talk with staff and guests.

• Organization: Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
