The Hotel Housekeeping Manager ensures that cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are upheld across the property. This leadership role includes overseeing the housekeeping team, maintaining cost efficiency, and supporting a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

Manage scheduling, assignments, and productivity to meet labor and budget goals
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene protocols across the property.
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness in guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Oversee inventory and supply management, ensuring adequate stock levels while adhering to budget guidelines.

Qualifications

Available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Strong organizational and leadership skills with an eye for detail.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Proficiency in PMS Rooms Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all levels.

Compensation

$20 - $21/hour
