The Hotel Housekeeping Manager ensures that cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are upheld across the property. This leadership role includes overseeing the housekeeping team, maintaining cost efficiency, and supporting a positive and productive work environment.

  • Cleaning of hotel rooms, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, lobby, and common areas.

  • In addition to cleaning duties, housekeeping may also be responsible for shared duties, such as delivering beds to guest rooms, replenishing toiletry supplies, and lifting and moving lightweight objects around the room.

  • Housekeeping Supervisor must be an effective leader, cultivating a positive and motivating environment.

  • Completes monthly inventories to ensure adequate PAR levels following budget and forecast guidelines.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to promote a positive work environment and high performance.
  • Complete and maintain accurate inventory records for housekeeping supplies to meet operational needs.
  • Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to quality and cleanliness standards.
  • Manage scheduling, assignments, and productivity to meet labor and budget goals
  • Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all levels.
  • Proficiency in PMS Rooms Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential.

Compensation

$17 - $18 hourly
