We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and help ensure our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and ready for our guests. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, maintaining high standards, and being part of a team.

• Supervise and support the housekeeping team during daily operations

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and hotel standards are met

• Assign rooms and daily tasks to housekeeping team members

• Train, coach, and support team members to deliver consistent service

• Monitor room status and communicate with Front Desk regarding room readiness

• Address guest requests and concerns professionally and promptly

• Assist with scheduling, attendance, and performance management

• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment

• Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures

• Step in and assist the team as needed during busy periods

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience required

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

• Positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
