Candlewood Suites St. Charles by IHG is looking for dependable, hardworking Housekeepers who take pride in cleanliness, teamwork, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Please note: Hospitality is a 7-day-a-week business, and weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) is required for this position. Candidates must be dependable and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply, but it is not required.

• Clean an average of 6–10 guest rooms per shift according to IHG Brand Standards. Room assignments may vary based on occupancy, departures, stayover service, and guest requests.

• Make beds, dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens.

• Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities.

• Ensure each room is thoroughly cleaned, organized, and inspection-ready.

• Assist with additional stayover services or guest requests as needed throughout the day.

• Clean public areas as assigned.

• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly.

• Follow all hotel safety and cleanliness procedures.

• Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and guest satisfaction.

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate.

• Must be dependable with excellent attendance.

• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift.

• Must be able to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

• Weekend availability is mandatory.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
