We’re in search of a housekeeper to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay with us. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas, making beds, doing laundry, and performing other general cleaning duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is a cleaning enthusiast, a team player, and a highly organized professional!

At Candlewood Suites, we follow the IHG Way of Clean standards. Team members are expected to:

• Clean and service guest rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and public areas
• Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all surfaces
• Restock towels, amenities, and housekeeping supplies
• Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly
• Follow all hotel safety and security procedures
• Ensure rooms meet IHG Brand Standards before releasing them for guest arrival
• Pay close attention to high-touch surfaces and overall room presentation
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager
• Ensure extended stay kitchens are properly cleaned, including refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, and countertops
• Maintain housekeeping carts, supply closets, and cleaning equipment in an organized and stocked condition
• Respond to guest requests in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain consistency and cleanliness standards at all times

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic required
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow daily assignments
• Strong time management skills and the ability to complete rooms efficiently
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and management
• Willingness to follow brand standards, including IHG Way of Clean procedures
