Designed for modern, long‑stay travelers, the property will feature spacious suites, in‑room kitchens, a fitness and laundry center, and the vibrant, flexible spaces that define the Home2 brand. Located in a growing market with strong business, university, and leisure demand, this hotel is positioned for long‑term success from day one.

The property will be operated by Structure Hospitality, a hotel management company based in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. Structure Hospitality specializes in select‑service and extended‑stay hotels, with a hands‑on approach to operations, revenue management, and sales. As the General Manager, you will work closely with their leadership team and benefit from proven systems, tools, and support—while still owning the daily execution and culture of the hotel.
