Vacation Rental - Move in Move Out Housekeeper

If you're passionate about making a difference and have a keen eye for cleanliness, we want you on our team! We are looking for a motivated, organized part-time housekeeper to join our team, primarily for short-term rentals and move-out cleans.
This position will start as a part-time position with the option to move into an employee position after a short probationary period.
Your mission is to provide an exceptional experience to every guest. Cleaning duties will include making beds, vacuuming and mopping, dusting, restocking toiletries, laundry, and other general cleaning tasks. If cleaning is a task that sparks joy for you and you love working with a team, we want to hear from you!
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and making beds to ensure all assigned areas meet our standard of cleanliness
- Inspect rooms for tidiness and cleanliness, implementing our detailed cleaning checklist
- Willingness to work independently and in a paired/team environment.
- Stock and maintain supply rooms, adhering to our commitment to quality and sustainability
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff and report any deficiencies or needs for repairs to maintain our high standard of reliability and solution-oriented service
- Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms and privacy of clients
- Attention to detail is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable Transportation
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Impeccable work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Over 1 year as a professional housekeeper strongly desired
