We’re searching for a responsible, reliable bell attendant to ensure our guests have an incredible stay at our hotel. You’ll be responsible for greeting guests upon their arrival and departure, helping guests with luggage, assisting the front desk staff, and responding to guest requests as needed. This position will assist with bell and van driving duties. We have AM and PM shifts available.
- Answer guest requests and assist with other duties as assigned such as bringing up room service, delivering mail and dry cleaning, and checking luggage for storage
- Attend to guests when they arrive and leave the hotel
- Help the front desk staff with check-in and guest requests
- Keep the bell desk neat and tidy at all times
- Assist with guest luggage and carry items to their room on bell carts in a safe and professional manner
- Flexible work schedule with availability to work on weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift over 25 pounds
- Displays exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED
- 1 year of previous experience as a bell attendant, concierge, or similar position in customer service
Compensation
$17 hourly
