We’re hiring for an enthusiastic, hardworking bell attendant committed to providing our guests with an exceptional stay at our hotel. You’ll meet and greet guests when they arrive and leave, bring luggage to guest rooms, support the front desk staff, and assist guests as needed to ensure that when they leave, they’re already looking forward to their next stay. Responsibilities

Attend to guests when they arrive and leave the hotel
Support the front desk staff and bell captain with check-in and responding to guest requests
Unload guest luggage and take items up to their room safely and professionally
Answer guest requests and assist with other duties as assigned such as bringing up room service, delivering mail and dry cleaning, and checking luggage for storage
Keep the bell desk neat and tidy at all times

Qualifications

Ability to lift over 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Displays exceptional customer service and communication skills
A high school diploma or equivalent such as a GED is required
Must have a flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays
At least 1 year of previous experience in hospitality as a bell attendant, concierge, or similar customer service position

Compensation

$16.50 hourly
