Our Sales Managers are future Directors of Sales. You'll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced commercial leaders while developing the skills needed to lead a hotel's sales strategy.

Position Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business, growing existing accounts, and supporting the hotel's overall commercial strategy. Working closely with the Market Director of Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations, you'll help drive occupancy, ADR, and revenue while delivering exceptional service to clients.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, networking in the community, and learning every aspect of hotel sales.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business through outside sales calls, networking, referrals, and community involvement.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate, negotiated, group, extended stay, and local accounts.
- Conduct hotel tours, client presentations, and site inspections.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and negotiate business opportunities.
- Partner with the Director of Sales and Revenue Management to identify revenue opportunities.
- Maintain accurate account information, sales activities, and pipeline management within CRM systems.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute ideas to improve hotel performance.
- Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and community organizations.
- Build strong relationships with Operations to ensure clients receive exceptional service before, during, and after their stay.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and local demand generators.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel sales, hospitality, or business development experience preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to achieve goals.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Comfortable networking and developing business in the local community.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Compensation
$60,000 - $60,000/year
