Our property is seeking a night auditor to join our growing group of hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to financial details, a genuine love of interacting with people, and a superior commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous hotel experience is not required but guest service experience is highly preferred. - Audit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentages
- Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed
- Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required
- Make sure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay
- Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management
- Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
- Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required
- Flexible overnight hours are required
- Must be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus
We're off I-95, six miles from downtown Fayetteville. Fayetteville Regional Airport FAY, Cape Fear Botanical Gardens, Crown Coliseum, Fayetteville State University, and the Airborne and Special Operations Museum are all within a 15-minute drive. Fort Bragg is 16 miles away. We offer event space, a restaurant, a fitness center, and an outdoor pool.
