Our busy hotel is seeking an energetic, customer-oriented maintenance engineer to ensure that all of our visitors have an excellent experience at our property. You'll be in charge of the building's maintenance and preventive programs daily to ensure people's enjoyment, health, and safety.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks
Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment
Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures
Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures
Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments

Qualifications

Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software
Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role
A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required

Compensation

$14 - $16 hourly
