You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. - Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly
- Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures
- Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans
- Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade
- Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours
- Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance
- Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with facilities management software is preferred
- The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
