We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functional, pleasurable, and safe. - Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner
- Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours
- Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations
- Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly
- Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines
- This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
- 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
- This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED
- Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred
We're off I-95, six miles from downtown Fayetteville. Fayetteville Regional Airport FAY, Cape Fear Botanical Gardens, Crown Coliseum, Fayetteville State University, and the Airborne and Special Operations Museum are all within a 15-minute drive. Fort Bragg is 16 miles away. We offer event space, a restaurant, a fitness center, and an outdoor pool.
