Hotel Graveyard Shift Maintenance, Custodial, Driver (Valid Driver's License Required)

Maintains the physical and cleanliness conditions of the hotel's public areas, guest rooms, and back of the house according to operating and safety standards, ensuring that service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner. Cleans and maintains the hotel lobby and other public areas throughout the property to established standards to assure guest satisfaction. Drives guests to and from the airport, area businesses, and other locations. Makes basic repairs on an on-call basis for guest room issues (TV/HVAC/Plumbing), etc.; will be trained.

Schedule will be Monday-Thursday, 11 PM- 7 AM.

• Cleans and maintains the lobby and other public areas to ensure a safe and clean experience for hotel guests, associates, and vendors.

• Vacuums and/or sweeps all floor surfaces.

• Performs general guest room and public area maintenance repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment (experience helpful but not required).

• May perform general carpentry, tiling, painting, and wall surface repairs (experience is helpful but not required).

• Complete and document pool readings. (Will train).

• Transport guests to and from the airport and other locations as requested, while demonstrating all common courtesies and obeying driving and traffic laws.

• Respond in a timely, courteous manner to guests' questions, complaints, or requests.

• Properly maintains tools, workspaces, and equipment.

• Maintains a high level of professional appearance and demeanor.

• Performs other duties as assigned, respond to on-call basis.
