The hotel lobby attendant maintains the cleanliness, safety, and welcoming atmosphere of public hotel spaces, assisting guests and supporting front-of-house operations.

• Cleaning and Sanitization: Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish lobby floors, furniture, glass doors, elevators, and mirrors.

• Restroom Maintenance: Service and clean public restrooms, replenish paper goods and hand soap, and remove trash throughout the shift.

• Guest Assistance: Greet guests warmly, answer inquiries, handle lost-and-found items, and deliver requested items (such as irons or extra linens) to guest rooms.

• Facility Upkeep: Maintain adjacent public areas like business centers, fitness rooms, pool decks, and employee break rooms.

• Maintenance Reporting: Notify the housekeeping supervisor or engineering department of broken furniture, burnt-out lights, or safety hazards.

• Experience: Often an entry-level position requiring no prior experience, though prior housekeeping or customer service background is preferred.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and lift or push objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, professional demeanor with reliable communication to represent the brand.

• Availability: Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
