The Hotel Group Housing Sales Coordinator manages the administrative, inventory, and communication aspects of group bookings, room blocks, and rooming lists from sales turnover through group departure. You will ensure accurate booking in the system, serving as the main contact for meeting planners regarding rooming lists, VIP requests, and contract cut-off dates.

• Group Inventory & Block Management: Build, maintain, and audit group room blocks in property management systems (PMS) and sales software, ensuring accurate rooming lists and cut-off dates.
• Booking & Reservation Coordination: Process rooming lists, VIP requests, room assignments, and reservation links for meetings, groups, and events.
• Communication & Reporting: Act as the liaison between group contacts and hotel departments (front office, sales, housekeeping), monitoring pickup and sending reports.
• Billing & Contracting: Assist with contract administration, billing setup, and tracking commission/rebate reporting.
• Sales Support: Provide administrative support for sales managers, including creating group resumes, coordinating amenity orders, and preparing for pre-convention meetings.

• Experience: Previous hotel experience is often required, particularly in front desk, reservations, or sales administrative roles.
• System Knowledge: Proficiency in systems for Marriott.
