Responsibilities

Actively seek new business using marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other methods
Analyze market trends to determine pricing that balances costs, competition, and supply and demand
Grow customer loyalty while also generating new business by nurturing long-term relationships
Consult with sales managers and stakeholders to evaluate the company's performance
Meet sales team goals and yearly sales targets, develop and implement short and long-term marketing strategies

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or hospitality
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and best practices
Minimum of 5 or more years experience in sales and marketing with some experience in sales management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
