Are you a customer-oriented hospitality professional looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your leadership abilities? If so, you might be the ideal candidate to manage our rooms division. We require someone capable of ensuring that all our hotel guests have a 5-star experience. Along with supervising staff in the housekeeping and front office departments. You will also need to create expense plans and strategies to ensure our hotel remains profitable. Ideal candidates have at least three years of experience as a supervisor, preferably in the hospitality industry, and excel at working with people and communicating. Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations and staff of housekeeping and front office departments
Provide outstanding service to customers at all times and ensure that other staff and teams do the same
Create comprehensive long-term strategies for the division to meet the company's objectives and keep the hotel profitable
Supervise guest services staff in order to ensure that all clients receive prompt attention to their needs
Train newly hired staff members on the hotel's regulations and operating processes

Qualifications

Previous Marriott experience required

Must possess excellent leadership, organizing, and customer service skills
Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
3 or more years of experience as a housekeeping manager, front desk supervisor or similar role
Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is required
Showcase exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
