• Lead and manage the HR team to ensure efficient and effective operations, aligning with our hospitality values.
• Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to attract and retain top talent in the hospitality industry.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects our commitment to integrity and passion for service.
• Oversee employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify and address workforce needs, supporting business objectives.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives that enhance job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, safeguarding our reputation and integrity.

• Experience: 4 plus years of progressive HR experience, with a preferred leadership background in the hospitality or hotel industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management. Professional certifications like PHR are a plus. Or relevant experience.
• Core Skills: Deep knowledge of California labor regulations, strong conflict-resolution and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HRIS platforms.
