What You’ll Do

• Consult with homebuyers to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable mortgage and financing options
• Explain mortgage products, loan programs, rates, and requirements clearly and accurately
• Collect, review, and organize borrower financial documentation
• Guide borrowers through the mortgage application, underwriting, and closing process
• Coordinate with loan processors, underwriters, agents, and other real estate professionals to keep loans moving efficiently
• Maintain timely, proactive communication with borrowers and referral partners
• Monitor loan progress and help resolve issues to ensure a smooth and timely financing experience
• Build strong client and referral-partner relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
• Maintain accurate CRM and loan pipeline records and follow up consistently with prospects and active borrowers

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in mortgage lending, loan origination, home loans, or residential lending

• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, loan programs, and the home financing process

• Excellent sales, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

• Strong follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple borrowers, referral partners, and loan opportunities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and goal-oriented environment

• Active NMLS license and ability to originate residential mortgage loans

• Passion for delivering an exceptional borrower experience and building long-term client relationships
