• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on Zoom.

• Willingness to obtain state insurance licensing (we provide guidance + reimbursement program).

• Coachable and able to follow a structured sales system.

• Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based environment.

• Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude regardless of external circumstances.

• Self-discipline to manage a remote schedule and hit weekly activity targets.

• High school diploma necessary; college degree a bonus

• Ability to learn and understand state and federal regulations that affect insurance sales, insurance clients, and the insurance industry as a whole

• Must be a superb communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficial

• Candidates must have some computer experience, including the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office programs
