Description

This is not a traditional job.

This isn't an Assistant role.

It isn't a Project Manager role.

And it isn't a Chief of Staff role...yet.

We're looking for someone who wants to spend the next several years learning every aspect of building and scaling a nationally recognized luxury hospitality design company while working directly alongside the Founder.

If you've ever wanted a front-row seat to leadership, luxury real estate, design, construction, branding, sales, and business growth, this is your opportunity.

You'll work directly alongside the Founder in nearly every area of the business—client meetings, project strategy, site visits, conferences, leadership meetings, business development, and special projects.

No two days will ever look the same.

Some days you'll be walking a construction site.

Some days you'll be preparing for a keynote presentation.

Some days you'll be helping resolve a client issue.

Some days you'll be meeting investors or strategic partners.

If you enjoy variety, thrive under pressure, and love solving problems, you'll fit right in.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $60,000–$75,000, depending on experience
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Significant growth and leadership opportunities
  • Direct mentorship from the Founder
  • The opportunity to help shape the future of a growing company
