• Deliver exceptional hair services, including professional blowouts, styling, and hair care treatments.

• Perform luxury head spa treatments while providing a relaxing, personalized client experience.

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services and retail products.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with Pennsylvania salon regulations.

• Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat visits, rebooking, and customer loyalty.

• Educate clients on hair care, scalp wellness, and recommended at-home products.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain Crown & Raine's high standards of service, professionalism, and hospitality.

• Current Pennsylvania Cosmetology License or other applicable Pennsylvania license permitting the services performed.

• Passion for hair styling, beauty, wellness, and exceptional customer service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

• Willingness to learn Crown & Raine's signature services and treatment protocols.

• Previous salon, blowout bar, spa, or head spa experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation: Estimated annual earnings of $60,000–$80,000, depending on schedule, performance, and service volume.
