What You’ll Do:

· Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude

· Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately

· Answer questions about the hotel, dining, and local attractions

· Handle payments and guest requests

· Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude

· Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments
